I’ve acted in some short films written and directed by Columbia MFA Film Students. I especially relate to playing outsiders, hopeless romantics, desperate outlaws, guys on the rebound and generally any character yanked out of his comfort zone by circumstances beyond his control.

Teaching is another one of my passions. I have enjoyed a career in higher education teaching the English language to young adults from over 50 different countries.

​

During my spare time, I take long walks with my dog Archie, listen to Steely Dan and read biographies, the New York Times, and vintage issues of Mad Magazine.

​

And I am madly in love with my wife who, after more than 20 years, still laughs at my jokes.
